Security and Financial Integrity: Any conduct aimed at exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, or security loopholes to obtain undue or artificial financial advantages (¢ Coins / Earnings) is strictly prohibited. Any proven attempt or execution of telemetry or account data manipulation will result in the immediate and permanent ban of the offending user account, without prejudice to any applicable civil and criminal actions.

Adequate Use and Deviation of Purpose: The platform was developed strictly for flight simulation and virtual airline management. The use of this platform for any other purpose, commercial or otherwise, unrelated to its original development and technical scope, is strictly forbidden and will subject the offender to immediate termination of service.

Age Restriction and Protection of Minors: The platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 (eighteen) or older, due to the integration of interactive features and video calls within the Academy module. To protect minors and prevent abuse, registration of anyone under eighteen is strictly prohibited, and fake accounts will be immediately deleted.

Limitation of Liability: By accepting this agreement, the user agrees to hold harmless the developers and owners of the system from any claims, disputes, losses, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the software. It is agreed that no legal or administrative proceedings arising from user interactions may be initiated against the platform administration.

No Liability for Inter-user Damages: The user acknowledges and agrees that the platform acts as a simulation and social environment, and bears no civil liability for the behavior of its members. Any damages caused by malicious actions of other users are the sole responsibility of the offending parties. The platform's liability is strictly limited to technical errors or operational malfunctions inherent to the developed software.
