1. Installation and Initial Setup

To start, download the official installer using the button at the top of the page. Run the file and follow the wizard installation steps.

When opening the system for the first time, it will be configured to open maximized. Create your account or log in to connect to the server.

2. Connecting to the Flight Simulator

Load Flight uses SimConnect to read flight variables automatically. Make sure your flight simulator (MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024, or X-Plane) is running.

The footer will indicate connection status in real-time (Green for connected, Red for disconnected). If you fly PMDG, advanced ZFW and fuel telemetry will integrate on boot.

3. Online Radar (Home Page)

The system's Home page works as a real-time Online Radar (Webeye), allowing you to monitor network traffic, active controllers, and points of interest along flight routes.

Upper Summary Ribbon

At the top of the screen, you will find general status indicators and map controls:

Pilots Flying: Shows the total number of connected and actively tracked aircraft.
Control Online: Shows the quantity of active Air Traffic Control (ATC) positions.
Tourist Spots Module: If you own the corresponding license, you can toggle historical and geographical pins on the map. Use the sliders to adjust the Search Radius (5 to 100 km) and Points Limit (1 to 5) shown per region.
Airports / Hubs: Displays the hubs count and allows toggling grey ICAO markers on the map.

Interactive Map

The center of the screen features a Leaflet-based interactive map that adapts to the active theme (Light or Dark) and displays the following items:

Aircraft Icons: Represent the physical location and heading of aircraft. Colors change depending on network (White for local, Orange for online network) and turn Red in case of emergency.
ATC Circles: Green circular zones indicating the 150 km coverage area of the online controller.
Flight Paths: A solid blue line indicates the flown path (saved telemetry), and a dashed orange line represents the estimated direct path to destination.
Tourist Pins: Green pins for airports and orange pins for historical landmarks. Clicking them opens a popup with an image, summary, and a Wikipedia link.
Audio Alerts & Effects: A dynamic swoosh transition sound plays when focusing on an aircraft. A landing audio notification alerts the community when a pilot enters the landing phase.

Details HUD (Quick HUD)

Selecting a pilot or ATC position on the map or sidebar displays an information overlay at the bottom of the map:

Flight HUD: Displays callsign/tail number, aircraft type, pilot name, current flight phase, origin/destination ICAOs, altitude (FT), speed (KT), heading (degrees), and routing.
ATC HUD: Shows callsign, operating frequency (MHz), controller name, rating (CTR, APP, ADC), and session duration.

Traffic Sidebar

Located on the right side of the map, it provides two lists:

Pilots Online: List of active flights prioritized by flight phase. Clicking a card auto-focuses the map on that aircraft.
ATC Frequencies: Lists active controllers and their operational frequencies. Clicking a card highlights their coverage area on the map.

4. Pilot Academy

The Pilot Academy module is the training and practical mentorship hub of the ecosystem, where students can book live individual or group classes with qualified instructors.

Training and Class Panel

On the main tab, you have access to the learning marketplace:

Search & Categories: Search for mentorships by keywords or filter by categories such as Commercial Aviation, Phraseology, Air Traffic Control (ATC), ICAO English, or specific avionics.
Advanced Filters: Sort by price, top reviews, or hide instructors with no free slots in their schedule.
Individual & Group Trainings: Individual mentorships are personalized for a single student, while group trainings function as joint classes with limited seats.

Booking and Purchase Process

When selecting a mentorship, you interact with the instructor's calendar:

Individual Booking: Choose the desired number of hours (within the instructor's limit) and reserve consecutive available time slots.
Progressive Group Discount: If a group class reaches more participants, the price per student decreases progressively, and the difference is refunded directly to your account balance after the class. If it does not reach the minimum quorum up to 2 hours before, the class is cancelled and you receive a 100% refund.
Escrow Guarantee: Invested Coins/Dollars are safely held by the platform escrow and are only released to the instructor after class completion and student evaluation.
Hardware Verification: To book, the system requires you to run an audio/video test and check the confirmation box acknowledging that you have functional camera and microphone.

Virtual Classroom

At the scheduled time, you can join the virtual mentorship environment:

Early Access: The classroom is open for entry 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Attendance Logging: The system automatically records the entry and exit times of the instructor and the student for billing audits.
No-Show Policies: If the instructor fails to attend, the student receives a 100% refund. If the student fails to attend, the payment is fully released to the instructor to compensate for reservation.

Trainer Dashboard

If you are an experienced pilot, you can monetize your knowledge by teaching the community:

Trainer Qualification: Requires purchasing a valid trainer license in the commercial marketplace.
Calendar Management: Define your weekly availability slots for mentorships.
Listing Publication: Create and manage your training listings (setting price, level basic/mid/advanced, description, and slot limit).

History and Dispute Center

Review past mentorships and manage your progress:

Mutual Rating: Students and instructors review each other after the class, helping rank the quality of the academy.
Dispute System (Refund Request): If a problem occurs during the class, the student can open a dispute. The escrow balance remains frozen until administrators evaluate the case and approve the refund or release the payment.

Theme Suggestion

If you don't find the training you need, you can suggest a topic. If approved by administrators, qualified instructors will be able to create listings based on your suggestion.

5. Solo Career

The Career page consolidates all your performance stats, flight hours, achievements, active licenses, and pilot logbook.

Pilot Summary

At the upper panel, your consolidated profile stats are shown:

Rank and Level: Shows your military/corporate rank progress and general level based on accumulated XP.
Total Stats: Displays your total flight count, total flight hours, and ATC control hours.
XP Progress: A graphical progress bar showing your current XP and how much is needed to reach the next level.

Stats and Achievements

In the lower sections, you manage your technical achievements:

Hours by Modality: Detailed chart showing flight hours split by aviation categories (General, Agricultural, Commercial, Executive, etc.).
My Licenses: List of all active pilot and ATC licenses, showing their validity status.
Your Trainings: Shows completed mentorships and technical certifications obtained at the Pilot Academy.

Flight Diary (Logs)

The Flight Diary is the complete logbook of your flight history in the ecosystem:

Search & Filters: Search for specific flights by departure/arrival ICAO, callsign, or filter by network type.
Flight Details: Each entry lists the date, aircraft tail number, route, flight time, and score points received.

6. Commercial Market (Marketplace)

The Commercial Market is the economic hub of the ecosystem, enabling trading between pilots and official system purchases.

Market Categories

The marketplace is split into specific tabs:

Coin Trading (P2P): Pilots can sell packages of Coins (minimum 100,000) in exchange for premium Dollars, setting their own price. A 30% bank transaction fee is deducted from the Dollars amount upon purchase.
Licenses & Ratings: Purchase pilot/ATC licenses (valid for 6 months) to unlock flight/control categories, and buy addon modules (such as Cabine Audio, Landing Rate, or Tourist Spots).
Aircraft Dealership: Purchase brand-new aircraft from the factory concessionaire or trade used aircraft from other pilots in the pre-owned market.
Outdoors & Billboards: Purchase regional or national advertising campaigns. Set city/country target, exposure time, and generate your ad artwork automatically via the integrated AI Generator or submit a custom URL.
Group Flights & Events: Purchase tickets or confirm attendance for virtual group flights and special community events.

7. Banking & Economy

The Bank manages all financial assets, P2P transfers, and currency exchanges.

Financial Asset Structure

Your bank wallet consists of three types of balances:

Virtual Coins (Coins): Virtual currency earned by flying or controlling traffic, used for commercial market purchases.
Premium Currency (Dollars): Purchased via recharge, used for license upgrades and purchasing P2P items from other pilots.
Receivables (BRL Balance): Earnings and payout balances accumulated from hours flown for virtual companies or active ATC service.

Available Operations

The bank allows you to perform the following transactions:

Transfer Coins: Instantly send virtual coins to another pilot using their registered email and specifying the amount.
Currency Exchange: Convert your premium Dollars into virtual Coins using the official exchange rate.
Withdrawal Request: Upon accumulating a minimum of BRL 100.00 or 100,000 Coins in receivables, you can request a cash payout to your bank account (processed every 25th of the month) or convert it to Coins/Dollars.
Account Statement: Detailed list of your recent transaction logs (flights, purchases, leasings, jumpseats, and transfers) inside the system.
