Information Collection: We collect information you provide directly (name, email, password, phone number), profile details (SimBrief username, IVAO VID, HUB ICAO), and simulator telemetry recorded during flight tracking (coordinates, altitude, speed, simulator parameters, and ATC logs).

Use of Information: The collected data is processed strictly to deliver flight tracking features, process flight logs, manage pilot careers, prevent fraud or exploitation of system parameters, and communicate technical updates or support responses.

Sharing and Disclosures: Your personal data will not be shared, leased, sold, or transferred to third-party companies. All information is securely stored within our cloud database provider (Supabase) and processed solely for the operation of the Load Flight platform.

Data Retention and Deletion: We retain your information for as long as your account remains active. In accordance with GDPR and other data protection acts, you have the right to access, correct, or request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at contact@loadflight.com.

Minors' Privacy: Our platform is strictly restricted to users aged 18 or older due to interactive features. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18, and any such accounts will be immediately deleted upon discovery.
