The headset icon, right there in the system's bottom bar, opens Support on any screen.

As soon as you open the system, click that icon and pick one of three options:

Live Chat — to talk to someone on the team right now, in real time.

Open a Ticket — for requests that don't need an immediate reply; you get a tracking number by email.

Report a Bug — a direct channel to flag technical problems, screenshot included.
